Servicing Plan Terms

1. Introduction

This Service Plan (the “Plan”) is offered by NoblePro to customers who have purchased a NoblePro treadmill directly from noble-pro.com. The Plan provides additional coverage beyond the standard warranty to ensure continued performance and reliability of the equipment. By purchasing or using the Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Coverage Details

Under this Plan, NoblePro agrees to provide the following services:

  • Preventative Maintenance
    Annual inspection and servicing to ensure optimal treadmill performance.
  • Belt Lubrication and Adjustment
    Ensures proper belt function to prevent premature wear.
  • Parts Replacement and Labour
    Covers labour and replacement of defective parts (after the first year included within warranty). This does not cover cost of a part that may be required if that part is outside warranty.
  • Activation
    The Plan starts from the delivery date and runs continuously until expiration. 

3. Exclusions

This Plan does not cover:

  • Fixing damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Repairs performed by unauthorised service providers.
  • Electrical failures due to power surges or improper voltage supply.
  • Damage caused by failure to perform recommended maintenance.

4. Booking / Scheduling Process

To book a servicing visit:

  1. Open a Support Ticket on noble-pro.com.
  2. Describe the visit required / issue in detail.
  3. NoblePro Partners will respond within 24-72 hours with a visit date.
  4. Visits will be performed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to parts availability if applicable.

Each visit must be used as 1 per year, multiple visits cannot be booked in the same year.

5. Transferability

This Plan is not transferable to a new owner if the treadmill is sold.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel this Plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoblePro’s liability under this Plan is limited to the cost of covered repairs or replacement as per warranty conditions. NoblePro is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.

8. Fraud Prevention & Misrepresentation

NoblePro takes fraud prevention seriously to ensure fair and honest service for all customers. If any claim under this Plan is found to be fraudulent, deliberately exaggerated, or based on misrepresentation, NoblePro reserves the right to:

  • Deny the claim in full.
  • Cancel the Service Plan with immediate effect, without a refund.
  • Recover costs from the customer for any fraudulent claims already paid.
  • Report the fraud to the relevant authorities, which may result in legal action.

Fraud includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information when purchasing the Plan or making a claim.
  • Attempting to claim for damage or issues that existed prior to purchasing the Plan.
  • Tampering with the treadmill to induce a claim.
  • Using the Plan for commercial equipment not covered under this agreement.

NoblePro reserves the right to investigate all claims thoroughly to prevent misuse of the Service Plan.
