Delivery Options
Delivery options available to you, cost (if applicable) and estimated time for delivery will be automatically shown during the checkout process; otherwise, please contact [email protected] for more information. Please ensure you select the delivery option you require.
Option: Next Day Delivery
Order Cut-Off Time
- Next day delivery is available on all treadmill orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery the following day.
Delivery Notifications
Customers will receive a text message confirmation with a 2-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are correct.
Kerbside Delivery Only
- All next day treadmill deliveries are kerbside only. This means the delivery team will deliver the product to the outside of the property, at the nearest accessible point (driveway, entrance, or pavement).
- The delivery team will not carry the treadmill inside, assemble, or install it. Customers should make their own arrangements for moving the treadmill indoors.
Delivery Eligibility
- Next day delivery applies to mainland UK addresses only.
- Certain remote postcodes or areas may be excluded or subject to longer lead times but all options are visible at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
- If no one is available to accept the delivery within the confirmed 2-hour window, the order may be returned to the depot, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
- Customers should ensure that sufficient access is available at the property for the safe unloading of the treadmill.
Option: Kerbside
This delivery option is available to mainland UK, UK offshore & Northern Ireland.
- Items are delivered on a pallet.
- Deliveries are Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. We cannot deliver on weekends.
- Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a date.
- If you require a specific date, please add this information into the delivery instructions at checkout. We will contact you prior to dispatch if this day is not possible.
- Pallet tracking is available on request and / or by designated provider. Please have your postcode and order number to hand.
Offshore Surcharges
We offer free kerbside delivery to mainland UK but UK offshore & Northern Ireland, will require surcharges depending on individual locations.
The following offshore areas are covered (exclusions may still apply):
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Herm and Alderney)
- Isle Of Man
- Isle Of Wight
- Isle of Scilly
- Orkney
- Shetland
Option: Installation
This delivery option is available to most UK mainland addresses for a small fee displayed at checkout. For UK offshore, Northern Ireland and Ireland, this service is not available directly from NoblePro but if you require information on our offshore partners for installation after delivery to these areas, please contact [email protected].
- A delivery date will be arranged after the pre-delivery questionnaire has been completed following your order being placed. This will be sent to you via email.
- Our delivery partner will ask you a series of questions regarding your property access before they can confirm the allocated delivery date.
- Delivery is undertaken with a two-man team room of your choice which is clear of restrictions. Please contact us before ordering if there is stairs into the property so we can ensure there will be no delivery issues.
- Installation will take place with the delivery team at the same time as the delivery of your treadmill.
- Product installation and delivery days are allocated between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. We cannot offer install options on weekends.
- If a named day or specific time slot is preferred please contact [email protected] directly prior to purchase. This service may incur a fee dependent on the type of product purchased and location.
- This service is not covered for UK offshore locations from NoblePro.
Delivery T&Cs [All Deliveries]
Delivery Date: A delivery date will be confirmed by our delivery partners via phone after your order has been placed. Once a named date has been confirmed, the delivery crew will call you prior to delivery on the delivery date.
Failed Delivery: If the delivery fails as a result of the customer not being home at the arranged time slot, refusal of the delivery or incorrect pre-delivery information provided meaning the product cannot be delivered safely, then a failed delivery charge will be incurred and redelivery will need to be rearranged.
Reschedule / Cancellation Delivery: If you need to reschedule or cancel a delivery please ensure you contact us within 48hrs of the delivery confirmation date to reschedule or cancel to ensure or a failed delivery charge will be incurred.
Damaged goods or boxes: When the delivery arrives, please check the boxes and if they or the goods are clearly damaged as you are able to refuse the delivery. Please contact us to arrange for the replacement of the goods if they are faulty.
Check breakage/faulty goods: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.
Returns: In the case of a return, you will need to still have the packaging. You can ask the assembly services to leave the packaging behind or not to assemble the treadmill at the point of delivery to enable a full refund if required.
Restrictions
A smooth and successful delivery requires information on any possible restrictions. The restrictions are determined by our delivery partners, and not NoblePro. Please check if any of the following restrictions apply to you and inform the appropriate provider when they contact you:
Road Access
The delivery trucks are larger than you think. The team will require road access for a 18 tonne heavy goods vehicle (very large!).
Doors / Lifts / Passage less than the box dimensions
Grab the measuring tape because eyes can be deceiving. See box dimensions here.
Steps
If you have any steps or stairs inside or out. Our two man delivery team cannot deliver up multiple steps due to the weight of the treadmills (especially the E10 Series).
Tight spaces
If you need to pivot furniture around these corners.
Clear Path
If there are any locked gates, hidden entry, fences, hedges or objects in the path of the delivery.
If any of the restrictions above are not mentioned, or are inaccurate, prior to delivery and this results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for failed delivery charges. If you are unsure, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
Product packaging
All unassembled products come in flat packed boxes. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the online downloadable guide to assemble the items and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the assembly of your goods. The packaging is removed by default if you are scheduled to have the assembly service.
Deliveries to Ireland (Republic of Ireland)
We deliver treadmills and large items to the Republic of Ireland using our kerbside pallet service. Orders are dispatched from the UK and treated as international shipments.
- Deliveries are kerbside only. The delivery team will unload the pallet to the nearest accessible point outside your property (driveway, entrance or pavement).
- Delivery is Monday – Friday, 8am–6pm. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
- Ireland falls under our Offshore Surcharges. Your delivery cost will be shown at checkout based on your postcode.
- Installation services are not available directly from NoblePro for Ireland. If you require installation, please contact us and we can advise on local partners where possible.
- Taxes, duties and courier fees for Ireland
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please note:
- Prices shown on uk.noble-pro.com and the delivery charge at checkout do not include Irish VAT, import duties or courier clearance/handling fees.
- As your order enters Ireland, the courier will calculate any local taxes and charges (such as Irish VAT at 23%, any applicable customs duties and their handling fee) and will contact you directly to take payment before delivery can be completed.
- These import charges are set by Irish customs and the courier, not by NoblePro, and are payable in addition to the amount you pay at checkout.
- If these charges are not paid and the delivery is refused or returned, this will be treated as a failed delivery and additional charges may apply in line with our Delivery T&Cs.
By placing an order for delivery to Ireland, you confirm that you understand and accept that local taxes, duties and courier fees will be payable on import, on top of the price and delivery fee paid at checkout.
