Return Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to consumers residing in the United Kingdom who purchase NoblePro products online or by other distance means from NoblePro UK (for example via uk.noble-pro.com).

This policy is intended to summarise your key rights and how we handle returns in practice. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer buying from us at a distance (for example via our website), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in line with consumer law on distance contracts.

The 14-day period starts on the day after you receive the goods (or the last item in a multi-item order).

NoblePro allows you to cancel from the date you place your order up until 14 days after you receive the goods, as described in our Terms & Conditions

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. The easiest way is to contact us via a support ticket / return form, quoting your order number.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel:

  • You have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

  • We will acknowledge your request and guide you through the next steps.

Condition of Goods & Deductions for Use

We do not offer a “try-for-free” or “no-questions-asked” usage period for treadmills due to the size, weight and nature of the product.

Under distance-selling rules, you may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would in a physical store. If the goods have been used beyond this, we are entitled to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by that use or any damage.

Examples of factors we consider:

  • Visible wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks)
  • Signs of extended use (for example, high belt mileage or sweat corrosion)
  • Missing parts, accessories or documentation
  • The effort and cost required to clean, service, repair or repackage the treadmill for resale

Our Terms & Conditions state that goods should be returned in the same state as when delivered, unused and in the original packaging. Where this is not the case, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

We will always act reasonably and explain any deductions applied.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Cooling-Off (Change-of-Mind) Returns

For cancellations under the 14-day cooling-off rules:

  • You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Because treadmills are large and heavy, a specialised collection service is required.
  • You may arrange your own insured transport, or we can organise collection for you at cost.

Our Terms & Conditions state that the cost of returning the goods to NoblePro is at the customer’s expense for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Not as Described

If your treadmill is faulty or does not conform to the contract (for example, not as described or unfit for purpose), you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a short-term right to reject within 30 days and ongoing rights to repair, replacement or price reduction.

In these cases:

  • We will handle the return, repair or replacement at our expense, where a fault is confirmed.

  • You will not be charged collection fees.

  • No deduction for “diminished value” will be applied where any damage or fault is not due to your actions.

Our Collection Service & Typical Costs

If you choose to use our collection service for a cooling-off (change-of-mind) return:

  1. We agree a collection date with you.

  2. The treadmill must be safely prepared for transport:

    • Using the original packaging is recommended where available but not mandatory.

    • If the original packaging is no longer available, we can arrange collection on a pallet or, where possible, in a suitable used box.

  3. The carrier collects the goods from the agreed address.

Current indicative costs (subject to confirmation before collection):

  • Collection fee: £150 (excluding VAT)

    • This represents the cost price charged by our logistics partner.

    • We can provide a copy of the carrier invoice on request.

These costs apply to change-of-mind returns under the cooling-off period. They do not apply where your product is being collected due to a confirmed fault or non-conformity.

Assessment of Condition & Refund Deductions (Change-of-Mind Treadmill Returns)

Once the returned treadmill reaches our team, we will:

  1. Inspect the product for overall condition, usage level and any damage.

  2. Classify the condition and apply any reasonable deduction for diminished value.

  3. Share a condition report and refund calculation with you before processing the refund.

For treadmill returns under the cooling-off rules, we currently apply guideline deductions as follows (amounts in GBP and subject to update):

Excellent condition – deduction: £250
No major or minor damage, minimal signs of use.

Good condition – deduction: £350
Some minor cosmetic wear but no major damage; fully functional.

Okay condition – deduction: £500
Noticeable signs of use and minor damage, but still fully functional.

Very poor condition
Significant damage or heavy wear that severely impacts resale value.
In such cases, the refund may be greatly reduced, and in extreme cases we may not be able to offer any refund.

These brackets are used as a guide so that deductions remain fair, consistent and transparent. The exact deduction will always be based on the actual condition of your treadmill when it is received.

For faulty or non-conforming products, these deductions do not apply where the problem is not caused by your actions.

Refund Timeline

For cooling-off (change-of-mind) returns:

  • Once you have exercised your right to cancel within 14 days, and
  • We have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of sending them back, we will process your refund without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, as required by distance-selling rules.

Because treadmills must be inspected and assessed:

  • Our internal evaluation usually takes 5–10 working days from the date of collection.
  • After we confirm the final refund amount (including any deductions and collection fees), we submit the refund request to your original payment provider.
  • Your bank or card provider may then take an additional 5–10 working days to show the refund on your statement, depending on their processes.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

Any applicable deductions for:

  • Collection fees
  • Kinni membership
  • Condition-based deductions

will be clearly itemised in our communication with you.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

If your treadmill or other product:

  • Is faulty,
  • Does not conform to our contract, or
  • Does not match our description or advertised main features

Where a non-conformity is confirmed, we will provide a remedy in line with consumer law, which may include:

  • Repair of the product, or
  • Replacement with an equivalent product, or
  • A price reduction or refund where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or fails.

In these cases:

  • We will cover reasonable return and collection costs.
  • No deductions for “diminished value” will be made where the issue is not caused by your actions (for example, manufacturing faults).

Our standard warranty terms apply in addition to your statutory rights.

Assembly Service

Our assembly service is an additional service provided via third-party partners. It is not a mandatory part of the product sale.

  • You may decline the assembly service any time up until the assembly team begins work.
  • Once assembly has been scheduled, the assembly service may be non-refundable, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
  • Where packaging is removed during assembly, it will normally be disposed of in accordance with applicable waste and WEEE regulations.

For returns:

  • If the original box has been removed, we can arrange collection using a pallet or, where possible, a suitable used box.
  • Because the treadmill has been assembled and the original packaging may not be available, this may affect the condition-based deduction applied to your refund for a change-of-mind return under the cooling-off rules.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty products.

Digital Content

Kinni membership is provided as bundled digital content with NoblePro treadmills to enhance your training experience. It is not normally sold as a separate paid subscription at the point of treadmill purchase unless explicitly stated.

Key points:

  • Your treadmill remains fully functional with built-in workouts and other compatible apps even without Kinni.
  • Our Terms & Conditions state that software subscriptions are non-refundable.

Where a treadmill purchase is withdrawn under the cooling-off rules:

  • Any Kinni access that depends on that purchase may be cancelled.
  • For refund calculations, we will treat the bundled Kinni membership as a 1-year membership for one account, currently valued at £49.99, and may deduct this amount if the membership has already been activated.
  • This reflects that digital content/services may not be refundable once supply has begun, in line with UK rules on digital content.

Where a separate, paid Kinni subscription has been taken out, it will be treated in accordance with the applicable local rules on digital content and services and the terms of that subscription.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our Support Team by submitting a support ticket / return form. Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Your name and contact details

  3. The delivery date

  4. Whether you believe this is:

 – A cooling-off (change-of-mind) return, or
 – A fault / non-conformity issue
 – Any relevant photos or videos, if there is an issue with the product

We’ll guide you through:

  • Collection options and how to prepare your treadmill (see below)
  • Any costs that apply (for change-of-mind returns)
  • The expected timings for collection, assessment and refund

Preparing your treadmill for collection

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, treadmills must be returned in a disassembled state or boxed and brought back to ground-floor level for collection. This allows our courier to complete a kerbside pickup safely and without delay.

Why Disassembly Is Required

  • Faster collection: Couriers are unable to enter homes or navigate stairs. Having the treadmill disassembled and ready at ground level ensures the quickest possible collection.

  • Quicker inspection: Disassembly allows our warehouse team to inspect the returned unit more efficiently upon arrival.

  • Faster refunds: Because inspection is quicker, refunds can be processed sooner once the return is received.
